Creating a Block Graph

Concept of block graph was explained through a practical application wherein teacher made a chart of favourite fruits and children placed blicks in front kf their favourite fruit. 

Pictogram

 As a part of statistical methods , the concept of  pictogram was given through an activity in which students placed counters above their favourite colour. Questions were asked related to the data collected like which is the most liked colour? Which colour is not liked by students at all. 

Venn Diagram

Concept of Venn diagram was introduced through an activity. Two circles were made on the floor named boys and girls. Children distributed themselves among boys and girls and stood on the correct circle according to their gender. 

Venn Diagram

 Students were explained the concept of Venn diagram through an activity. Odd and even numbers were written in the venn diagram made on the floor. Students were given the number cards. They sorted it according to odd and even number and placed themselves in the respective venn diagram. 

Shapes Quiz

 Quiz on 2D and 3D shapes was held in the class.  It was a fun game as well as assessing the students on the unit-3 shapes.
